    • Procedure Review: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company policies and standards
    • Task Coordination: Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed
    • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
    • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
    • Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
    Technical Skills
    • Computer Literacy: Proficient in electronic mail and MS Office
  • Work Term: Permanent

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
