High-Precision Machinist

Mahler Machining Ltd is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis machining centers.
Key Responsibilities- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines with precision and accuracy.
- Work with tight tolerances (microns to 5 thou) to produce high-quality components.
- Check machined parts and read technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Fulfill detailed paperwork and record dimensions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and machine.
- Perform basic maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to support other machinists and achieve production goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.

Our 20,000-square-foot facility in Coquitlam, BC, is equipped with 19 CNC machines, including a mix of vertical and horizontal mills, lathes, 5-axis, and 7 live tooling machines. We are ISO 9001 certified and operate a fleet of well-maintained Mazak and Haas machines that support online and offline programming.
