Experienced Machinist Wanted for High-Precision Component Manufacturing

Mahler Machining Ltd is a leading manufacturer of high-precision components for various industries, including deep sea submergence, aerospace, alternative energy, medical, and manufacturing OEMs. We are seeking an experienced machinist to join our team of skilled professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis machining centers with precision and accuracy.
- Work with tight tolerances (microns to 5 thou) to produce high-quality components.
- Check machined parts and read technical drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Fulfill detailed paperwork and record dimensions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and machine.
- Perform basic maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to support other machinists and achieve production goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Deburr and polish parts to meet quality standards.
