Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Manager to join our team at Island Insurance Agency Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and implement effective budget planning and control strategies to ensure the branch operates within allocated resources.

Policies and Procedures

Establish and maintain policies and procedures that align with the company's overall strategy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Staff Management

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of insurance professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Market Research

Plan and direct market research studies to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the insurance market.

Reporting and Analysis

Oversee the preparation of regular reports and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or insurance.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a senior management role in the insurance industry.

Skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet business objectives.
