About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile accounts, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and other statistical reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
