Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.

  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
