Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Merchandise Advice: Offer expert advice on flooring products and services to customers.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of merchandise.
  • Task Management: Perform a variety of tasks, including operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining sales records.
