Job Title: Part Time Retail Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to assure client standards are met and volume is increased.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain full distribution on all authorized SKU's and meet client and Company objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure seamless execution of projects and standards.
  • Sell at store level 'live orders' on multiple clients and increase sales volume through promotional activity.
  • Maintain client objectives by ensuring all authorized client items represented on the shelf have accurate and complete tags.
  • Work with store management to increase retail sales and execute client-driven merchandising that exceeds client expectations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
  • Ability to follow up and maintain accurate records.
