Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Smart N Save (Canada) Holdings Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Manage and supervise staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure products for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
