Job Title: Senior Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Coordinator to join our team at Bridge City Cabs Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.

About the Role:
  • You will oversee a team of 3-4 employees and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and make arrangements for maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • You will also be responsible for requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies, and coordinating activities with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Train new employees in duties and policies
  • Coordinate and review work assignments
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • Languages: English
  • Hours of Work: 32 to 35 hours per week
Estimated Salary:

Based on industry standards and your level of experience, we estimate that the annual salary for this role will be approximately $45,000 - $60,000 CAD, depending on location and qualifications.
