You will play a key role in the development and implementation of design procedures, ensuring quality and conformity to client requirements and applicable norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a thorough review of project documentation, including design requirements.
  • Manage design and design consultants in design-build and P3 projects, from proposal to execution phases.
  • Develop and implement design procedures, ensuring quality and conformity to client's requirements and applicable norms.
  • Lead value engineering and optimization processes to create winning design strategies.
  • Work closely with method engineers, construction department, and technical experts to create buildable, safe, efficient, and sustainable designs.
  • Collaborate with the estimation team to provide suitable designs and technical information for estimating projects.
  • Manage design planning, monitoring, and closing.
  • Contribute to proposal submissions, design presentations, and design review submissions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil and infrastructure projects.
  • At least 5 years in a similar role, managing large-scale projects.
  • Member of a professional regulating body (PE).
  • Experience in establishing concepts and managing multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, project management, and scheduling.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with BIM-VDC models.
