Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle passenger inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with other airport teams to ensure seamless passenger flow and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and concerns, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basis.
- Stand, lift, bend, push and pull on a frequent basis and for extended periods.
- Work around jet and machinery noises.
