About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Strategy team in Canada, Ontario, Toronto.

Job Description:

In this senior role, you will lead customized strategy development and advisory support at an enterprise and business line level. This includes research, analysis, and compelling strategic recommendations that solve business problems.

You will be responsible for preparing project plans to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. Additionally, you will gather data and perform financial analyses to diagnose issues, create financial models to assess future state financial benefits/costs, and manage multiple project workstreams.

This position requires synthesizing findings and presenting clear recommendations and implementation plans to ensure impactful project outcomes. You will also foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of deliverables and overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategy at an enterprise and business line level.
  • Lead project workstreams, including problem-solving sessions, workshops, and interviews with cross-functional and business line working team members and subject matter experts.
  • Present clear recommendations and implementation plans to stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in corporate strategy/development or investment banking, with experience within the financial services industry preferred. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Your expertise should include superior planning and analytical skills, exceptional presentation and written communication skills, and a proven track record delivering innovative solutions from concept to change management.

You should also have excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
