Health and Safety Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Field Consultant to join our team at Peninsula Canada in Toronto. As a field-based consultant, you will provide expert advice and support to our clients in the Toronto and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding health and safety matters.
- Conduct client installation visits to assess and recommend safety improvements.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety solutions for clients.
- Liaise with government officials and other third parties on behalf of clients.
- Complete internal reports and recommendations following client visits.
- Stay up-to-date with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and provide guidance to clients.
Requirements
- CRST/CRSP certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in health and safety.
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Class G Driver's license.
