Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Pampanga Restaurant & Banquet Hall. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ethnic cuisine, with experience in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. You will work closely with our head chef to create delicious and authentic dishes that showcase the flavors and traditions of different cultures.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus that showcase a variety of ethnic cuisines
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
