Job Title: Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at MANITOBA LTD. As an Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
