Ethnic Food Specialist

We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team at Indian Food Corner Inc. as an Ethnic Food Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift heavy objects.
