Canadian College is seeking a highly skilled Data Administrator to join our team. As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for analyzing data, managing databases, conducting research, writing scripts, and performing various administrative duties.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in computer science, preferably in an educational institution or private sector. You will work on a permanent position with 35 hours/week, focusing on data analysis, database management, and other key tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing data and developing queries to extract insights
  • Managing databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Conducting research to inform decision-making
  • Writing scripts to automate tasks and improve processes
  • Performing front desk duties, contract management, course evaluation, and answering student inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with MySQL and programming languages
  • Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet software
  • Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
