About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Hello Nori Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Management: Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook high-quality meals and specialty foods, adhering to our standards of excellence.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to plan menus that meet our quality standards and cater to diverse customer preferences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment.
  • Screening Questions: Be prepared to answer questions about your availability for shift or on-call work, your current eligibility to work in Canada, and your relevant experience in the field.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
