Job Title: Sushi Chef

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Hay Sushi. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including sushi and other Japanese cuisine specialties.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a team to provide excellent dining experiences for our customers.
