Key Responsibilities
  • **Meat Preparation**: Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • **Customer Service**: Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • **Meat Cutting and Trimming**: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • **Packaging and Labeling**: Wrap and package prepared meats, ensuring accurate labeling and packaging.
  • **Meat Processing**: Remove bones from meat, weigh meats for sale, and price meat products, maintaining accurate records and inventory.
  • **Grinding and Processing**: Grind meats, ensuring high-quality standards are met and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Work Environment

As a Butcher - Retail or Wholesale Position, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and maintain attention to detail.
