About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Butcher Helper at 12497158 Canada Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials with precision and care.
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines with accuracy.
  • Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers.
  • Feed and unload processing machines to ensure smooth production.
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects and report any issues.
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a cold/refrigerated environment with exposure to odours. You will be standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination are essential for this position.

  • Availability for the advertised start date.
  • Current legal ability to work in Canada.
  • Willingness to relocate for this position.
  • Previous experience in this field of employment is an asset.
