About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse practitioner to work with marginalized populations in Mental Health and Addiction Services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in community outreach and a passion for promoting holistic, prevention-focused care.
The Mental Health and Addiction Service (MHAS) Community Outreach Nurse Practitioner RN (NP) plays a critical role in providing evidence-based primary care and mental health and addictions care to individuals, families, and communities. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will be responsible for building partnerships, conducting needs assessments, and participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree or equivalent
- Have a minimum of two years of recent experience as an RN working with marginalized populations in MHAS
- Be registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
