Job SummaryThe Program Success Worker reports to the Director of Education, Training, and Capacity, delivering career counseling and guiding clients through IRC-funded training and educational programs.
Responsibilities- Deliver career development services and provide support for overcoming non-academic barriers to educational success.
- Assist clients in accessing IRC-funded training and educational programs.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for beneficiaries seeking information about career and educational resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Career Development, Education, Social Sciences, or related field, or Life Coach Certification.
- Post-secondary education in a related field and/or Life Coach Certification.
- Experience working with Indigenous-focused programs such as IRC's Indigenous Skills & Employment Training Program (ISET).
- Experience working in the North is preferred.
- A competitive salary estimated at approximately $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
- Relocation support for selected candidates.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
- A Defined Contribution Pension Plan where IRC matches contributions of up to 5% of annual salary.
