We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Manager to join our team at Signifly.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and implement processes, develop best practices, and monitor performance metrics to drive success across all operational areas. You will work closely with our Managing Director and global Head of Operations to achieve this goal.

You will also be responsible for managing cross-geographical project teams, guiding them through our project cycle from start to finish. This includes establishing scalable processes to succeed with projects locally and internationally.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management of digital projects and underlying processes.
  • A strong understanding of digital agency workflows, including resource allocation and client management.
  • Excellent leadership skills to guide colleagues through complex challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of financial aspects of project management within professional services, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Comfortable with data handling and working in Excel/sheets.
  • Native English speaking skills.
