Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team at Available Towing Inc. As a Tow Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our tow truck operators, ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of vehicles to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Coordinating: Dispatch tow truck operators to respond to emergency calls and transport vehicles to our facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their vehicles are transported safely and efficiently.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of tow truck operators and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all dispatches, including vehicle information, driver details, and customer contact information.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with tow truck operators, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a dispatch or coordination role, preferably in the towing industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in dispatch management software.
  • Language: Fluency in English required.
