Job Title: Tow Truck Dispatcher

Available Towing Inc is seeking a highly skilled and organized Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our tow trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch tow trucks to emergency locations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with vehicle operators to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work hours, mileage, and expenses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vehicle operators.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a dispatch or transportation role is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
