Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch Operations: Coordinate the dispatch of tow trucks to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Manage the scheduling and logistics of tow truck operations, ensuring that vehicles are properly assigned and dispatched to meet customer needs.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, tow truck operators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tow truck operations, including customer interactions, vehicle assignments, and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a related field, such as dispatching or logistics, is an asset.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in dispatch management software and other computer applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, tow truck operators, and other stakeholders.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and deadlines.
