Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies to expand our market share. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that support portfolio growth, income generation, and cross-functional project support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sales strategies to expand market share
  • Work with marketing to develop strategies that support portfolio growth, income generation, and cross-functional project support
  • Develop and motivate the sales team to deliver on sales targets
  • Build a foundation for excellence in customer adoption through the use of cost-effective processes, metrics, and best practices
  • Participate as part of the management team in the strategic growth of the business
  • Ownership of the Business Partner process, including managing existing relationships, onboarding new partners, due diligence, and contractual agreements
Requirements
  • Extensive experience of building a sales organization with a proven track record of driving growth
  • B2B commercial experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Committed to continuous improvement in managing all aspects of the business
  • Ability to provide ongoing formal and informal training to drive career development of direct reports
