We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Marine Works and Dredging team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing project teams, estimating and engineering departments, as well as business development and client relationships.

  • Manage project teams to achieve goals and complete assignments
  • Develop and implement best-practice tools and processes to ensure project efficiency and profitability
  • Lead and supervise engineering, estimating, and project teams
  • Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with internal and external partners
  • Identify and understand client needs and seize business development opportunities
Requirements:
  • University degree in administration, civil engineering, construction engineering, engineering, or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in team management, project management, and business development
  • Leadership and proven ability to manage large, multi-site projects and develop business
  • Strong values in HSE and quality management
  • Ability to manage change and create value in a growth context
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Maritime experience (asset)
  • Advanced level in French and English, spoken and written
