Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Operations and Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and manage inventory levels.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Physically demanding work.
- Personal Suitability
- Client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
