Food Service Team Lead

At Atlas Food Services Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Hire food service staff and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, and supervise the assembly of trays.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative.
- Dependability and flexibility.
The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a restaurant setting, with a work term of permanent and a work language of English.
