Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2292211 ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 hours per week
