At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing general ledgers, journal entries, and managing accounts receivable and payable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Prepare and record financial transactions, including journal entries and general ledger postings.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing clients and processing payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances and bank reconciliations.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Prepare payroll and benefits, including processing employee payments and benefits administration.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable and basic security clearance.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, accurate, client focus, organized, reliability, quick learner, and team player.
Experience:
  • Duration: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
