About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, marketing, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
