Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pro. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
