  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to the chef and other team members, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner, promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
