Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pro.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, maintain records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
