Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including arranging seminars, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Supervise other workers and ensure effective task delegation.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, as well as answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange deliveries.
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both manual and digital.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, logistics) is an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
