IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks and systems.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, and registered retirement savings plan (RRSP), we offer a deferred profit sharing plan (DPSP) and paid time off for volunteering or personal days.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employee computer issues, network connectivity problems, and other IT-related concerns.
- Maintain and upgrade hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
- Develop and implement effective incident management processes to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or server maintenance.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with MS Windows, MS Office, SharePoint, and other relevant technologies.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
