Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Train Staff: Supervise and train food preparation staff, providing guidance on duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and Order Ingredients: Estimate ingredients and supplies needed for daily operations.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all food products meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee tray assembly and food delivery, establishing work schedules to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • English Language Proficiency: Strong English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Knowledge of culinary genres and techniques, with the ability to train staff on new recipes and procedures.
