About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at SMART WAY MARKETING INC. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our brand and products, including social media, email, and content marketing.

Manage Social Media Presence

Oversee the development and implementation of social media strategies to engage with our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.

Content Creation and Curation

Develop and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to educate and entertain our audience.

Analytics and Reporting

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style requirements.

Tools and Technologies

Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics software.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a client-focused attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
