Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at SMART WAY MARKETING INC. as a Social Media Marketing Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Manage Social Media Presence: Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website, including blog posts, videos, and infographics.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our marketing efforts are always effective and efficient.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in social media marketing tools and platforms.
