About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at SMART WAY MARKETING INC. as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website, including blog posts, videos, and infographics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign success and provide insights for future marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficient in marketing automation tools, including HubSpot and Marketo. Excellent communication and project management skills.
