Job Title: Store Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Operations Manager to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily store operations, managing staff, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily store operations plans to ensure a high level of customer service and store efficiency.
- Manage Staff: Supervise and manage store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Determine Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, including products and promotions.
- Locate and Procure Merchandise: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage store budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Requirements: Adaptability, Collaborative, Outgoing, Proactive, Time management, Organized, Ability to multitask.
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
