Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Manager to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily store operations, including managing staff and assigning duties.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
