About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Wealth Management group, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and supporting our wealth advisors in delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, and deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions.
  • Client File Management: Analyze, open, and update client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Portfolio Management: Produce portfolio management reports and carry out administrative management of client files, including managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements
  • Education: Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry.
  • Certifications: Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, excellent customer service skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
