Job Summary

Polynova Industries Inc. is seeking a skilled Rotogravure Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our rotogravure presses to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Press Operation: Safely operate and maintain rotogravure presses to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of products during production, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on presses and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in rotogravure press operation and maintenance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of rotogravure press operation and maintenance, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
