Polynova Industries Inc. is seeking a skilled Rotogravure Pressman/Woman to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Rotogravure Pressman/Woman to operate and maintain our rotogravure presses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in printing and press operation, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain rotogravure presses to produce high-quality prints.
  • Monitor and control ink fountains, colour, and viscosity to ensure optimal print quality.
  • Set up and adjust presses, as well as in-line binding and finishing equipment.
  • Direct press crew to set up, operate, and shut down presses.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on presses and equipment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in rotogravure printing and press operation.
  • Strong knowledge of printing processes and press operation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
