Job Description

Flagma Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advertising Agency Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and optimize marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and advertising
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
